Observation

Plastic bags were observed in kitchen space inside a cabin that was not locked and accessible to children. Washer and dryer was observed to not have a lock and be accessible to children. Cubbies in dining room space were observed not stable and a tipping hazard. Water temperature in bathroom was obsered at 125 degrees Fahrenheit. Outlets in licensed areas including bathroom and kitchen space need to be tamper-resistant. Bathroom doorknob, and bathroom cabinet handle were observed broken.
